As we have said before, one of the many things we love about working in the wedding rental business is the many different wedding venues that we get to visit and see. We also love to see the whole wedding inspiration come together between the wedding planner and client. Finally, one of the most important pieces of the puzzle is the wedding photographer that works the event. We generally try to take photos of the different weddings and events, and undoubtedly when we see the professional photographers work, we are blown away and always think one day we are going to do a blog post showing our photos vs. their photos - hint, it wouldn't be good for us:)
Wedding Venue: Beach House in Orange Beach Al
This beach house is located in Orange Beach, Al as you head east down canal road towards bear point marina. The location is tucked in the woods and is unassuming until you walk through the front doors and are greeted with a great waterfront view. The first floor is designed to host events with a built in bar and open air floor plan that overlooks a pool and pier. Here are a few photos of this great wedding venue.

Wedding Planner: Weddings and Events by Jenna Laine
We were thrilled to get the call from local wedding planner Jenna Laine Rachal, as we are always excited to see her styling talents at work. Jenna is from Fairhope, Al and has worked events from the Gulf Coast to New York City. For this wedding reception Jenna contacted us and got the following wedding rentals: Light blue polyester linen, round tables, bistro tables, white folding chairs, sashes, wine glasses, rocks glasses, and water glasses. Wedding arch rental is one of the most sought after wedding rentals on the gulf coast. We have clients contact us all the time for a wedding arch or wedding arbor, particularly for a beach wedding. The beauty of a wedding arch is in its simplicity. For instance with a bamboo wedding arch we use 8 natural bamboo poles to build the arch and tie it together at the corners. We dig 4 holes in the sand to give a base to the 4 posts, and once we have secured the arch we then begin the decoration process.

In 2014 we have really seen our dark bamboo wedding arch take off in popularity, particularly with weddings in orange beach al. The dark arbor can really make an impact, particularly paired with one of our chandeliers, out faux havana burlap linen, and our white wedding chairs.

Corporate Group looking for something fun to do.
The event planners at Perdido Beach Resort called us and were looking for something fun for their corporate group. This talented of event planners get a wide range of groups and guests at their location in Orange Beach, Al, and they are always on their toes looking for something new and different to try for the groups to have a memorable experience.
Cabanas or Canopy for Rent?
The first item that we discussed were private cabanas on their pool deck, as they wanted to know if we could build a private canopy or cabanas on their pool deck for this corporate group - we said absolutely. We brainstormed for a few days within our inventory and and this is what we came up with. Our cabanas also can add a chandelier or fans which will hang from the center.

The next fun idea the event planners had was to add a slip and slide to the groups event on the beach:) Yeah! We were excited because we have never actually put an inflatable on the beach and thought this would be a lot of fun. I will admit that working with a slip and slide on the beach was not easy task, however once we got it setup it was great!
