Beach wedding locations!

We do thousands of events each year and a large percentage of our events are held at the beach each year. This is not surprising since the gulf coast beaches are some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the world.

Almost every week we have a wedding on the beach, most beach wedding ceremonies are in the sand, and then a few are indoors. We setup beach wedding ceremonies at the public beach, at private beach houses for weddings, and also at condos in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola, and Destin. 

Our typical beach wedding rentals include a bamboo arbor for the wedding ceremony, white padded folding chairs. A few additional items that we see rented often include wedding arbor with drapery, a white column for a sand ceremony, and aisle runners We also have available for wedding rentals a custom draped arbor with full white fabric, chiavari chairs, white benches, natural wood benches, tents for rent and chandeliers.

Once the ceremony has completed, and you've exchanged vows, its time to head to the reception. The wedding reception is the time to have fun and celebrate, it is also a time to bring show some personality with your wedding rentals. Whether you're into farmhouse rental, vintage rental, modern, shabby chic, or any particular theme, we have a well stocked inventory, and if we don't have we do everything we can to find it.

The party rental business takes us to many great destinations and wedding venues. One of our favorite locations to visit is the South Walton area, from Destin, Fl down to the 30A locales of Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, etc. There are so many timeless beautiful venues along this stretch with the beautiful beaches and perfect water.

We've delivered tents, table, chairs, linens, etc from Palazzo del Sol in Destin, Celebration Hall in Santa Rosa Beach, Fl on 30A. It seems the weather is always just perfect when we are on the Gulf Coast setting up events.

With the summer wedding season in full swing, we thought we share some of our favorite first dance songs we have hearing for 2014. We've created a playlist on our Youtube channel where we will be updating as we hear more favorites.

The first video we are going to share from the playlist is John Legend's 'All of Me', this a billboard top 100 song and has really taken off with brides in 2014. It has some of the most romantic lyrics in a song today, and you can see why so many couples are falling in love with this song. It's also been reported that John Legend performed his hit live at the Kim & Kanye wedding.

I don't think we have ever shared how big of fans we have been of John Legend for years. This started in about 2006 when we were working at the award winning Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa, and the 360 Grille Restaurant in Florence, Al. 360 Grille Restaurant sits high atop a tower in Florence and rotates to give you a panoramic view of the skyline and sunset, there is nightly entertainment with a piano player / jazz combo and we would request that they play John Legend's 'Save Room' each night:)
